Customer Relationship Manager
Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for the customer interface from start to finish when the customers arrive at the Centre of Excellence to see the demonstrations, and the labs.
Understand customer expectation and match our/their desired outcome by working with account team from both Motorola and Cisco Systems.
Coordinating with Product Management team, account team, Systems Integration team, and marketing team members to lay out customer visit agenda and get it approved by General Manager of the CoE;
Facilitate, coordinate with all the groups to allocate resources and get the plan implemented and keep track of progress;
Coordinate with local vendors and marketing team to produce collateral materials for the local market;
Customer Visit arrangement: will be responsible for arranging the customer visits from both ends.
Plan and prepare: ex. handout material, travel and protocol logistics in place;
Receiving customers and being the master of the customer visiting day;
Collect customer feedback and conduct a internal debriefing within all groups and provide report and stats;
Will also be working with the marketing team outside of Japan
Being able to work independently with min. supervision.
Requirements:
* Education degree in business, marketing or engineering
* 2 to 3 years in Marketing or Sales in a telecom industry preferred. Other Hi-Tech industries is also welcome
* Native level Japanese, and fluency in English preferred
* Experience in customer interface a must
* Organization skills and good presentation skills would be a plus
