This recruiter will be responsible for staffing multiple permanent technical software positions, in addition to assisting with corporate positions, as needed. This person will be responsible for full-life-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, etc.

* Bilingual: Japanese and English
* Recruiting experience in Asia is preferred.
* 3+ years of technical recruiting experience within the software consulting environment (non-agency is preferred), recruiting for software developers, technical architects, project managers, engagement directors etc., on an national and international level.
* The ideal candidate will be self-managing as this position is in a country office but reports directly to a corporate manager in Clearwater, FL.
* The position will require travel throughout the region and possibly to the corporate office in the US.
* Knowledge and experience with Japanese employment laws is a plus.
