Become an independent sales representative of Cambio Partners. You will be offering an Opportunity Assessment to business owners in your area. This assessment has 75 questions and gives business owners a snapshot view of their organization from six different areas. The assessment is based on a proprietary consulting theory call MARC™. MARC™ stands for Migration, Acquisition, Retention, and Capitalization. This new consulting theory is taking the nation by storm. Books on MARC™ business organization for areas such as marketing, sales, and customer service are soon to hit the market. You have the opportunity to start teaching this theory to local business owners in your area.
Here's how it works. The assessment costs $695 payable before the results are delivered. You contact the individual, collect the funds, administer the assessment, and enter the answers into our password-protected intranet. The results are tabulated and the assessment is delivered bound and ready to present to your client. After you present the assessment, you have an opportunity to sell an Opportunity Anaysis - a more in-depth study averaging $5000 that is performed on-site by world-class Cambio consultants.
For each assessment you sell, you receive a $200 commission. When you upsell a follow-up anlaysis, you receive a 10% commission. Commissions are paid monthly directly to you on a 1099-basis. You will be an independent contractor, responsible for your own costs of doing business. Cambio provides you with an initial sample of materials - generic business cards and marketing pieces. You can purchase more of these materials after you get started. In addition, you will have the opportunity to purchase personalized business cards. No money is required to get you started nor to continue.
Good people skills and general knowledge of business are required. This is a position for motivated people only. You must be able to devote 30 hours per week in order to be considered. This is an independent contractor position. You are responsible for all costs associated with making phone calls (including, but not limited to long distance charges), transportation costs, and marketing costs. You will need to have access to the internet in order to process assessments.
