BASIC FUNCTION:
Responsible for requirements analysis, design, development and rollout of CRM solutions that involve one or several technologies and subsystems. Lead overall design and development of architecture for CRM and CRM projects. Responsible for business development for Customer Interaction business in the AP region. Support and contribute to regional CRM presales and delivery activities

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Applies technical expertise to improve client’s strategy for Customer Relationship Management.

Communicates with clients at the most senior levels and maintains a continuing relationship with the client at senior and operational levels with targeted clients

Participates in business needs analysis; assists technical team in obtaining the business requirements to help them map to relevant CRM functions to support the business need
Ø Provides scoping and pricing of CRM engagements to ensure successful achievement of customer’s and Amdocs objectives

Designs, costs, articulates and sells CRM and CRM solutions to customers

Keeps abreast of CRM partnering parameters; includes or initiates required involvement in the solution
Ø Maintains personal credibility and industry knowledge of current directions and future trends for CRM

Mentors and performs on-the-job training
Apply expert subject matter knowledge to craft unique regional CRM solutions.

Provide CRM domain expertise to the various local countries CRM consultants in AP, and responsible for growing the CRM consultants skill level.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Must be fluent in Japanese – preferably a Japanese national
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
3 years CRM Application experience.
Have done at least 3 CRM projects, and have played the role of a Business Consultant in these projects.
At least 8 years experience in the SI and IT industry required.
Consulting experience in the technical definition of CRM Solutions, with in-depth CRM operations and solutions knowledge required
Ability to generate clear and accurate documentation
Effective planning and communication skills
Possess a high level of motivation and initiative.
Able to work independently.

OTHER COMPETENCIES:
Familiarity with presales process
Proven business development and customer management skills

OTHER REQUIREMENTS :(E.g. working shifts, lifting heavy equipment, overseas travel)
Ability to travel AP
