KCA Internet is seeking an highly professional, intelligent individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills to represent our firm in securing new business. NO web design, programming or graphic skills/experience are needed.
We are a team of 10 web developers, designers, programmers, graphic designers and web marketing specialists.
We are offering a 15% commission on all jobs you are able to bring to us. To qualify as a sale, the job must result in a contract for work and a deposit payment from the new client. You will receive your FULL commission at that time. You will receive full commission on repeat business for as long as you are actively seeking work for us. We will also establish a tiered structure bonus payment schedule.
We will provide all necessary training and coaching for you. This will include a well developed and long list of freelance job sites where we have membership, pricing guidelines and skill set information, along with a boiler plate bid that you will be able to use as the base of your response proposals. While you are learning, we will review projects with you to coach you on bidding (what to say and how much to bid on the project) and will be available to you by toll free phone and e-mail. Once you have learned our pricing structure, skill sets and project interest structure we will expect you to work more independently, although we realize that there will always be a project here and there which you need help with bidding.
We feel that initially you will need to spend 3-4 hours per day to get a sufficient amount of project bidding done. As you begin to work more independently, this will probably decrease while your income from the work will increase.
Our company has been in business for over 8 years now and this is a legitimate job opportunity. You will work as an independent contractor and set your own work schedule. We have many happy clients and wish to add to that as many new clients as possible.
