Required/Preferred Qualifications/Certifications: 5+ years experience in Information Technology. Fluent in Japanese and English. Must have extensive mortgage industry, mortgage servicing background preferred. Requires actual experience with the operation of disparate systems and applications and the ability to troubleshoot those systems including monitoring operational aspects of a multi-platform local and wide area network, preferably in a financial institution. In depth exposure to programming, systems analysis and design techniques including Java, object-oriented methodologies, RDBMS Oracle a plus), triggers, stored procedures and DDL generation. The ideal candidate must be analytical, introspective, fast and efficient. In addition, this individual must be able to make decisions based on facts, require strong structure, produce high quality and detailed work. The Technology Analyst will be responsible to analyze foreign systems in order to incorporate OTX technologies. Must have the ability to communicate with local technology workers, provide expert and creative solutions to user technical problems of a complex nature to ensure user satisfaction and productivity. This individual will also assess legacy system and document process flows, map legacy system data to new applications, research, resolve and respond to highly complex questions in accordance with pre-defined Service Level Agreements. The Analyst will monitor web, mainframe, midrange, client/server and telecom devices. Proactively scan for problems and alert management before problems cause widespread impact. In addition will direct, manage and support all local database environments, including performance and tuning. Must coordinate backup and recovery of production environments where identified as required, perform security administration and manager user access, establish, monitor and maintain technology policies and procedures. This person will lead and manage all capacity planning efforts, provide on-site support to resolve LAN server related problems, maintain common desktop tools, including virus protection applications, browsers, office suite and operating systems. Will maintain software change control, participate in QA system application integration testing, prepare, QA and assist with application deployment and works with internal and/or external customers/vendors to develop project/implementation plan, task definition and schedule. Will conduct end-user training.
