We are aggressively looking for a Technical/Sales Support Specialist to work in Japan.

Technical/Sales Support Specialist
Job Description:
.Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, e-mail, and in person
·Complete ownership of the problem until it is resolved
·Maintain a log of problem reports and customer contacts
·Maintain top-level technical troubleshooting skills related to Bitfone products and wireless networks
·Work to build support into company products and services
·Build and enhance relationships with customers, both pre-sales and post-sales
·Work closely with the Sales Team to help customers understand our product and service offerings

Qualifications:
·Minimum of 4 years experience in supporting wireless networks or related products preferred
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Japanese and English)
·Strong technical understanding of wireless networks, mobile phone handsets, and communication protocols
·Must be able to work well under pressure and within a team environment
·Focused on providing the highest level of customer satisfaction
·Must possess the ability to work independently (Self-directed) and as a team player
