Our Fortune 100 client with offices worldwide is looking for a Technical Support Manager in their Tokyo, Japan office. Candidate should have 4 plus years of management experience with engineering, support or customer service. Should be bilingual Japanese and English. Will be responsible for managing a team of 20 plus professionals, implementing new support systems and developing metrics to evaluate the service.
