Experience Level : 15 to 18 years .
Qualification : Engineering Graduate, Management Post Graduates
preferred.
The desirable skills are: -
1. Strong Project Management and IT process management skills.
2. People and Team management, should have the ability to coordinate
across the teams, define team structure and responsibilities)
Leading and motivating project teams reporting to the role.
3. Ability to manage support teams for end clients, define SLAs with
clients, monitor team performance as per SLAs.
4. Exposure to banking & Financial domain (does not have to be totally
in banking domain)
5. Desirable - Mainframe, Cobol, HP3000,Migration field & exposure to
latest technologies, CMM and/or ISO standards.
6. Strong Commercial & Business Acumen & Handling prestigious
International clientele essential.
7. Presently working on No. 1 or 2 position in SBU of repute.
