Will serve as internal HR Consultant, the "GO TO" person
for the International Sales and Marketing functions for
this High Growth Medical Device co. Will manage, implement
and evaluate company policies and procedures related to
employment, employee relations compensation, benefits,
EEO, diversity, community involvement, personnel records
and organizational effectiveness. Will partner with functional
area management (Sales/Marketing & International,
Manufacturing or Professional/Technical) to develop and
implement HR strategies that support their business partners
with minimal direction.
Seeking a broad background in most areas of HR - no
need for an expert in any particular area.
Japanese language and/or experience in the culture needed.
Position requires at least 4 years work in addition to
Bachelor/Masters degree.
