As a Technical Support Consultant, you will be a liaison between Data Delivery International and clients who require product support for Data Delivery Manager, our Windows-based data management software application. Qualified individuals will meet the following criteria:

Have a working knowledge of the World Wide Web, particularly web site maintenance and HTML
Possess systematic problem solving skills and logical thought processes and ability to develop and apply business and technical strategy to customer problems
Excellent working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
Technical understanding of databases, including MS Access and SQL Server
Solid written and verbal ability to communicate solutions clearly, concisely and accurately
Self-driven and self-motivated
Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and debug on the fly
Willingness and ability to gain a complete working knowledge of Data Delivery Manager

Any of the following skills and experience will be considered a major plus:

Previous experience as a technical support representative, technical consultant or technical trainer
Experience working in a telecommuting environment

You will help individuals and companies optimize the use of Data Delivery Manager by quickly and efficiently solving any technical issues that may arise. You will maintain your own customer base and work as an independent consultant.
