OBJECTIVE:
To spearhead growth into Japan and develop a thriving region by developing current business relationships into engagement opportunities.
Establish a company presence by strategically defining, optimizing and aligning customers' business and IT strategies.
Lead multi-engagements simultaneously as program and client relationship manager and generate record-breaking revenues through new and repeat business.
Experience and Skill REQUIREMENTS:
**Strong business development experience IN JAPAN exemplifying ability to ACCESS Japanese CXO's, identify & close new business opportunities --ability to create & deliver powerful & aggressive presentations/proposals in English and Japanese
**Japanese conglomerate/industry experience culminating at an executive level
**8-10+ years Management Consulting experience involving 100% travel
**5+ years continuous global Business Strategy and Process Consulting experience in a "big 5" or "big consulting" organization realizing rapid promotions to a senior level within said firm
**Engagement and Program management of multiple concurrent projects
**Wide variety of business consulting engagement experience with a solid understanding of business methodologies and IT strategies used across broad practice areas/specialties & expertise in one or more verticals
**Strong Process Reengineering & IT Infrastructure assessment experience in abstract environments with proven ability to convert assessments into measurable strategic solutions
**MUST be able to travel internationally without restrictions--100%.
**MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK FOR ANY EMPLOYER IN JAPAN
**MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE IN TOKYO OR BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO TOKYO

**BBA or BA/BS and MBA from a highly accredited university
