Senior Software Engineer
The senior software engineer is responsible for analyzing requirements, developing technical specifications and coding the specifications for business applications. The technical specifications include technical application design, technical infrastructure design, hardware and software architectures, third party legacy integration, etc. Work with business analyst in gathering and defining client requirements; responsible for analyzing current technical infrastructure and providing in-depth analysis, evaluation and recommendations; responsible for implementation of the specified solution; work with account managers and project managers to successfully execute project and ensure client satisfaction; perform research, evaluate and recommend new technologies to be used in projects, act as a mentor to developers and engineers.
Experience / Skill - Sets
Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
Minimum requirements :
5 year(s) overall industry experience; 2 years architectural experience in designing applications and infrastructure, COM development, leading design and development teams, database design and development (SQL, PLSQL, T-SQL), RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server) and Microsoft Windows platform; 3
years in architecture, designing and developing three-tier ERP solutions/products, Object-oriented analysis and design using Rational Rose, Windows DNA, COM/COM+, MTS, IIS, Visual C++, VB, ASP, HTML and JavaScript. Substantial VC++ experience is a must. Experience in .NET a big plusqualified candidate will be a strong team player and must have experience working in a dynamic and challenging environment. In addition, the position may require prior experience in working on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
