Minimum 1-2 years of experience managing the full life cycle of complex multi-technology custom projects.
Minimum three years of hand-on software development experience in Java and C/C++ in a UNIX or NT environment required.
Desire and ability to work directly with customers (track record and references important).
VRU & telephony experience is a big plus.
Experience working with US-based critical team members strongly desired.
Excellent oral and written communications skills in English and Japanese.
University-level education.
Be able to work with a minimum amount of direct supervision.
Instill confidence in your abilities when working with prospects and clients.
A good track record at estimating budgets and schedules, and delivering on them.
