SUMMARY:
Employee will manage and develop a series of Windows based software applications for use in conjunction with the Company's hardware products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, specify and document programs. Develop and test software applications. Perform customer support as necessary
SKILLS:
· Education and experience with object oriented programming languages (OOP). This experience must go beyond surface knowledge. Experience with Delphi and / or C++ preferred.
· Knowledge of MSDE and ADO connections
· Strong knowledge of the Windows operating system and how to program for it including ActiveX.
· Knowledge of network operation and ability to program network aware applications.
MINIMUM EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Some formal training and three years programming experience with Delphi and / or C++
or
Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; with two years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGES:
Acceptable written and oral English skills required.
