Job Details: A first class restaurant and bar complex, consisting of one Mediterranean fine dining, one Malaysian cultural dining and one bar/alfresco dining is looking for Executive Chef that possess the following qualities:-
* Broad Knowledge in international and local cuisines
* Good kitchen management, butchery, production and
banqueting experience
* Knowledge of operations, food control, quality, and
costing
* Excellent supervisory skills
* Minimum at least 3-5 years experience in the similar
capacity in an international hotel or restaurant
