Responsibilities:
· To purchase garments and home textile (Table cloth, curtain, bedding etc.) in the Asian market (especially China), while fulfilling the HQ’s merchandises requirements, regarding quality, quantity, pricing and timing.
Requirements:
· Hong Kong residence
· Minimum 5 years experience in sourcing related items
· Experience in purchasing large quantities for the European market, preferably in the medium price segment
· Excellent product and supplier knowledge in China and Asia
· Excellent negotiation skills
· Being able to evaluate, classify and develop new suppliers
· Good fashion sense and high sensitivity to European market trends & customer needs
· Honest, flexible, assertive, self-motivated, independent, team-playing oriented, and able to work under pressure
· Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, German is an advantage
· Good PC skills
