Job Description
· To coordinate and arrange maintenance support services through the use of service work order
· To coordinate the timely renewal and award of new/existing contracts for all support services contracts with the procurement division.
· To enforce the implementation of the company health and environment management system (HSE-MS) and also promote awareness of its use among all division and department personnel
· To be a contact point and coordinate implementation of maintenance department capital and EOM project jobs.
· To be a contact point for arranging modular and turn round contracts for the plants
· To maintain security of service work order and contract procedures manuals
· To review and prepare scope of work tools, equipment, materials and specifications included in contract service requests.
· To compile/provide input for preparation of division/department capital and operating budget and monitor annual expenditure budgets.
· To prepare periodic process and status reports on contracts and SWOs for management
· To ensure implementation of competency based training & development programs through use of personal development plans(PDP’s) and UAE Nationality directives.
