Job Description
· To enforce the implementation of the company Health, Safety and Environment Management System (HSE-MS) and also promote awareness of its use among all division and department personnel.
· To evaluate/identify the correct analysers and other analytical instruments on site, to meet the operational changes of the plant and ensure they are working within standards and specifications.
· To review reliability issues with operations and take corrective action to improve performance.
· To review and follow up revised Engineering drawings and records, ensuring “as built” records are retained.
· To ensure maximum utilization of the Maximo CMMS system for equipment history and analysis data.
· To ensure implementation of competency based Training & Development programs, through use of Personal Development Plans (PDP’s) and UAE Nationalization directives.
