Job Description
· To prepare, coordinate and compile scope of work and associated information, for the planning and implementation of major turn round and shutdown activities.
· To enforce he implementation of the company Health, Safety and Environment Management System (HSE-MS) and also promote awareness of its use among all division and department personnel.
· To estimate, reserve and expedine issue of stock and non stock materials through the Maximo ststem, for all major shutdown activities.
· To organize, plan and estimate the tools, materials and manpower required for each scope od work.
· To prepare and issue MS project major turn round final schedule and project timelines.
· To arrange and coordinate the suppy of out sourced additional manpower.
· To ensure implementation od competency based Training & Development programs, through use of individual development plans(IDP’s) and UAE Nationalization directives.
· To prepare shutdown activitiy, progress and variance reports.
· To optimise and plan for the shortest possible shutdown/turn round durations, with due redard to limitations of maintenance budgets.
