We are a German management consultancy firm focusing on executive search and strategy consulting. Our client, a world-leading German pharmaceutical company, is looking for a HR Manager - Greater China (Based in Hong Kong):
Duties:
The successful candidate will oversee and ensure the proper running of the China and Hong Kong operations in the areas of "Organization" (covering internal audit and system improvement), "Human Resources" and "General Affairs".
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in HR field;
Bachelor degree or above;
Human Resource experience in the PRC and Hong Kong is a must;
Well-versed in the employment laws of Hong Kong and P.R. China;
Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Dynamic and with truly teamwork spirit;
Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
