Looking for a HK based, self motivated MS Access Programmer with experience in HK Payroll. It is envisaged that the appointee will be self-employed and able to provide support when required on a long term basis. Support will also include programming changes to the existing programmer as and when required. Confirmation of past work experience is essential.
