Salary: 6500-7000RMB/month depending on qualifications and experience.
Contract length: 1 year
Working hours: 35 hours per week. GA's are responsible for 15 hours of teaching
per week and 20 office hours. The ratio of teaching hours to office
hours may vary but teaching hours above the monthly quota of 15
hours per week will be paid as overtime and the total hours set at
35.
Work Days: The post-holder will work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and three other days to be determined by the Location Manager.
Other benefits:
Bonus: the post-holder will receive a bonus of $1000USD to $1250 USD at the completion of their year contract.
Medical Insurance: post-holders under 55 years of age will be provided with basic Chinese medical insurance
Free Chinese Classes: post-holder will be entitled to attend school-organised Chinese classes.
Free Internet access: post-holders will be entitled to access the internet free from their school location.
Development: This post is a development position and the post-holder will
be provided with an opportunity to gain experience of AES school
management with a view to placement at Location Management
level at a later date
