Criterias:
- Speak
english/cantonese/mandarin
- Experience inside the elsectronic industry
(buyer for electronic components such as semiconductors,passives,el-mech etc.)
- Background, worked with
an american company or a subcontractor before,
possible overseas education
- Good to negotiate prices
