The company is designed to accommodate all kinds of air cargo consolidation with their Logistics centre
in Beijing Capital International Airport. The prime location benefits airforwarders and shippers to reduces the time needed for both consolidated cargo delivery and empty pallet collection, to increase cost efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Establish short term and long term business development plan;
2. Responsible for the overall operation and design of the Beijing Logistic center;
3. Develop business partner and logistic network;
4. Modify the company business model in according to the integration with the changing environment;
5. Responsible for cost control and financial arrangements;
6. Establish the policy and procedure manual and internal management structure;
7. Responsible for the overall production and operation management;
8. Organize and develop systematic decision making model;
9. Corporate Strategic planning and investment planning;
10. Direct involvement in human resource management for senior management staff;
REQUIREMENTS:
1. University graduate or above,
2. Over 10 years of working experiences, at least 3 years of senior management experience in Supply Chain Management, logistic, air cargo companies or flight forwarder;
3. Excellent interpersonal skills;
4. Good communication and strong analytical power.
5. Fluent oral and written English and Chinese;
