Vice President, Quality - NINGBO- 70,000rmb 40% performance bonus
China/US joint venture manufacturer, is looking for an experienced Vice President, Quality for its joint venture operation in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, China. Reporting to the President, this critical position is responsible to provide quality system leadership for operations, oversee the quality control activities and ensure that all products comply with Quality policy. To be considered for this position candidates must have the following:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
Bilingual in English and Mandarin
Thorough knowledge of ISO 9000 procedures, implementation, and auditing.
Work experience in Quality operations and supplier quality management
Computer literate with experience in statistical tracking, reporting and analysis.
Familiarity with air conditioning product construction and manufacturing.
