GLOBAL ACCOUNTS DIRECTOR – (Based in Hong Kong)

As a Global Accounts Director in Hong Kong you would be committed to:
- Strategically leading our sales team in Asia Pacific with primary focus on meeting an established quota for regional sales goals and marketing objectives
- Increasing Haworth’s market share with multi-national companies through developing, implementing, and monitoring strategies and action steps to achieve maximum Haworth account penetration
- Developing and motivating sales team members to reach set targets and objectives
For success in this role you must have the following:
- An undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent. A Masters Degree in Business Administration is highly desired
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in a sales and marketing role with successful experience in international sales and Southeast Asia markets.
- 4 years of sales experience in the office furniture or a closely related industry is preferred
- Successful experience in leading and managing others; strategic and analytical thinking and planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, team and conflict resolution skills
- Willingness to reside in Southeast Asia and commitment to extensive travel of up to 80% of the time within Asia Pacific.
