Candidates must have requisite experience and knowledge of novel chemistry to work on speciality / fine / performance chemicals. Experience in chiral synthesis, fluorination, acetylation, grignard reactions, hologenation, bromination etc. would be highly desirable.
Ability to transfer the lab work to commercialization and certain analytical abilities would be added qualification.
Knowledge of working in a computerized environment is essential.
