Essential Experience & Skills:
· Minimum of 2 years experience working within the back office / finance / compliance department of a bank;
· Sound working knowledge of all aspects of regulatory and management reporting plus an affinity for working with PC's;
· Familiar with specific requirements from the Hong Kong Monetary Authority a definite advantage;
· Good communication skills and a disciplined approach to your work;
· Knowledge of Capital Adequacy requirements and working experience in audit field in financial institutions is preferred;
· Independent work style with minimum supervision;
· Outgoing personality with good interpersonal skills.
