If so, you will have overall responsibility for the Retail Practice within GCD. That means of course, revenue / profit responsibility and business results which include engagement deliverables and client satisfaction. As the key person, you will do and oversee, business development as well as pre-engagement work, defining and closing opportunities. You will determine engagement scope and cost projections, re-negotiate contracts, ensuring an acceptable level of hands-on, chargeable work and define the professional development of other Consultants.
To be considered, you will have proven background & knowledge of the Retail industry in Great China, have demonstrable Management Consulting project experience in the industry while perhaps even working for a "Big 5" MCS.
You will be recognised as an expert and leader within the industry and have your “finger on the pulse” with current business drivers, business trends and best practices in the global Retail Industry. Further, you will know the relevance to the industry of offerings such as Supply Chain Management, Customer Relationship Management, e-Business, Enterprise Resource Planning and Business Intelligence.
