Currently they are searching for leaders and senior managers to help build a cell phone design center near HK- may be Guangzhou China- to be decided. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to incubate and grow a leading edge design center in an exotic location.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years direct experience in GSM handset design and development. Specialization in systems architecture, protocol stack, MMI, base band, and RF needed. Project management skills and experience are desired. Knowledge of Chinese language preferred. Minimum education BSEE or equivalent.
