We are in Derby Contracting are currently looking for an experienced civil engineer for the position of Projects Director.
The candidate required shall be able to manage the construction of around 65 different sites (mainly 2 story residential villas) at approximate value of US$ 11 million in different locations in Dubai . however, this number of projects might increase to 100 sites by end of this year.
The candidate who will be reporting directly to the owners of the company must be able to manage all these sites technically and administratively with support of manpower of approximate 250 workers of various trades, mainly from India.

= First 3 to 6 months "probation period" : Salary of US$ 2000 per month + accommodation + transportation.
= If he is found suitable for the position then the contract is changed to a permanent with the following benefits :
