Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Create new menus for in-flight airlines
Conduct a meal presentation for airline customers
Planing and supervision of approx. 20 kitchen staff
Manage and train the kitchen staff to maintain and improve food preparation
Directly responsible for the coordination & smooth running of kitchen operations, and answerable for food quality and standards in the kitchen
Responsible for the high standard of food preparation in the kitchen
Responsible for the establishment of the style of food in the kitchen in compliance with policies established by management
Responsible for food costing, menu planning and control of the kitchen
Conduct weekly kitchen inspections with Operation Direct
Report directly to Operation Director
Keep daily log book, requisitions, attendance records etc., and ensure all reports are accurate and handed to Operation Director on time
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
Male preferred
Good communication skills in French and English
Knowledge of Western and Asian cuisine.
General knowledge of health regulations on food
Must be a team worker
Be able to start working immediately
Salary US$ 1500 to 2000, food and accomandation provided
