Job Description:
Responsibilities include generating new product sales and contract business for the client within an assigned geographic region beginning in the U.S. Conducts lead generating activities via telephone, develops business cases and proposals, forecasts business, closes opportunities to achieve quota.
Talk to existing customers base to increase awareness of new products and services including the solicitation of orders for new and/or continued business.
Job Requirement:
Requirements include a minimum of 2 years of directly applicable sales experience in the HR/Recruiting arena. Experience in the recruiting industry required, international recruiting a plus.
Must have abilities gained through experience such as:
· Proven ability to close business for value added non-tangible services.
· Proven ability to make cold calls and to dig through various organizations to establish the appropriate contact (s).
· Proven ability to connect and talk with high-level managers and executives at client companies.
Proven ability to understand customer needs and translate into “best fitting” offering or product.
Bachelor’s degree in business preferred or equivalent work experienc
