The Requirement: SAP CCS Support


My Client: Blue Chip MCS global organisation, acknowledged as the world leader.


The Scope:

An opportunity to work for a leading MCS without the heavy travel commitments
You will be part of the Service Delivery Centre and Application Outsourcing Centre providing support to 2nd level to a large range of clients
With this range of clients comes the complexity of upgrades, enhancements and transitions

Essential Skills:

2-3 years in SAP CCS with the ability to provide complex level support
Either previous Senior Support of the SAP CCS or at least 1-2 full cycle implementation experience
Tertiary Degree Qualification
Previous external Consulting experience would be a plus
Superior communication/people skills (People, Written and Verbal)

This is an ideal opportunity with travel restrictions but wants to work for a leading MCS. In addition, flexible hours and opportunity to work part time will suit those with family commitments.


Please note that this is not an entrée into mainstream consulting. You will be expected to perform the support role for up to 2 years before any chance of progressing into mainstream MCS Consulting.
