Organisation : M/s Nikkel India Exports Corporation (a CIS company for OrCAD)
Designation : Manager (Knowledge Management Group)
Responsibilities : To take care of Electronic Component Standards, Components
classification and provide training with technical support to all the 51
staffs.
Achievements : My contribution has been in training new people with induction
program, train existing people in electronics and conduct test on regular
basis. Also induced library with on line data base support for data sheet
of various components manufacturers.
I have made elaborate components categorising for the data base team to
make there process error free.
I have also been working with Pspice Simulators, and done projects
using PIC Microcontrolers for some time.

Responsibilities : Improve performance of prevailing products, Interview, Select and
train personals, Develop products, Acquire government approvals,
Feasibility study, and satisfy clientele requirement.
Achievements : Heading a team of personally trained technicians for Installing
“Solar Power Plant” of up to 2 KW and other products like “Solar
Home Lighting System”, ”Solar Streetlights”, etc. All these
products were indigenously developed and received approval for
Government subsidy program certified by MNES (Ministry for
Non-Conventional Energy Sources), New Delhi funded by World
Bank under United Nations. Also head a team to install “Door
Communication” and “Security System” manufactured by our
principle, M/s. Sidele of Germany, which is improved by giving a
solar backup.
Prepared comprehensive operating manuals/catalogues for all the
above said products.

Achievements : Made various testing and measuring instruments to improve the noise
and lifecycle performance of the carbon type potentiometers
manufactured. Also developed industrial fan and motor speed controllers
using zero point switching technology to avoid electrical interface on
power line. Designed and Developed DC to DC and AC to DC switching
power supplies up to 500 W with battery backup for critical applications.

Assignment : To Develop control system for stepper Motor.
Achievements : Designed and Developed Precision electronics for motion control used in coil winding machines employing stepper motor technology.

Assignment : To Develop reliable circuits for manufacturing.
Achievements : Custom Designed and developed mobile Inventor system for caravans
and video coaches. Other products include current/voltage controlled
battery charges for various applications.

Achievements : Designed, Developed and manufactured Uninterrupted Power supply
ranging up to 1 KW and innovated and exhibited uninterrupted portable
black and white television. The above mentioned UPS was subject to
vigorous testing and approved by the Electronics Tests & Development
Centre, Standardisation Testing & Quality Controller Directorate,
(Department of Electronics of India, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai.).

Assignment : Solution to measure fast mechanical motion.
Achievements : Successfully developed Infra-red based precision electronics for
measurement on Activation and Release time of High-speed, Heavy duty
switch breakers. This Breakers was tested and approved by B.H.E.L
(Bharat Heavy Electrical Ltd) Bhopal at their High Voltage based
laboratory.
