Responsibilities include identifying and assessing new requirements and opportunities in services and systems for the securities industry.
Interface with brokerage firms to define their business requirements related to trading on Japan
Business process analysis, data flow analysis, user interface design, project plans for moderate sized initiatives, training plans for instructing on using new systems
Direct teams of analyst providing guidance on both analytical techniques and business content.
Japanese/English bilingual
6+ years experience overall with 3+ years in the securities industry/analysis of business requirements. Familiarity with Japan’s securities industry
System design and data modeling experience, MBA or formal financial training a plus
