Responsibilities include identifying and documenting new requirements in services and systems for the securities industry.
Interface with brokerage firms to define their business requirements.
Develop formal functional requirement documents that reflect the following:
Business process analysis. Data flow analysis. Analysis of regulatory requirements.
User interface design
Coordinate on the definition of system requirements for new applications
Direct teams of analyst providing guidance on both analytical techniques and business content
Develop and execute training plans for instructing the brokerage firms and others on using new systems
Coordinate to develop test plans and scripts to ensure thorough testing of new systems
Develop and conduct functionality test to new systems
Japanese/English bilingual
4+ years experience overall with 2+ years in the securities industry/ analysis of business requirements
Familiarity with Japan’s securities industry
System design and data modeling experience, MBA or formal financial training a plus
