BroadVision (BVSN) develops and delivers an integrated suite of packaged applications for web and wireless deployment. Global enterprises use these applications to become more competitive and profitable by establishing and sustaining high-yield interactions and transactions with customers, suppliers and employees. Websites built Broadvision software consisting of dynamic pages that can be customized for each user allowing Websites to target advertise and compete for types of users or even specific users.

Lead and integrate strategies and tactics to align their respective country with organization planning with Global business strategy, goals and objectives. Reporting to the Human Resources Asia/Pacific Business Partner, and several Local country managers, the Human Resources Manager will act as generalist for their country cross functionally directing the organization assessment and development, recruiting and staffing efforts, salary and benefit administration and advising on Human Resources issues. Will support country functional or region-wide activities in training, communications and employee development.

Provide strong strategic partnership by developing an integrated Human Resources plan to support business objectives, build leadership bench strength and talent, lead organizational assessments and development, to identify issues, trends, challenges and root causes, and ensures that all Human Resources components are operating effectively and within compliance. Responsible for all Human Resources aspects to their country including organizational development, employee relations, employment, compensation and benefits, training and development and for their area and functions. More specifically;

Work with Broadvision Human resource team on think globally, act locally approaches:
Recruitment and selection
Performance management
Compensation and benefit development
Employee and labor/labour relations
Learning and development
Immigration and work permits

Background

*A solid understanding of the business (Including P & L) and organization strategies
*5-7 years of local or regional Human Resources role with 2 plus years with US multinational high tech developed or consulting organization
*Superior presentation, communication (English and local language), interpersonal, organizational, analytical and time management skills
*The agility to work with all levels of management and employees and to interact with multiple managers regularly.
*The ability to meet deadlines and to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
*Strong knowledge of change management, business re-engineering methods and techniques
*A proven understanding of regional employment laws and Human Resources practices is required.
Experience/ Education:
High Tech industry skills Internet or high-tech background preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of best practice, fast and emerging growth industries
Bachelors' degree or European equivalent required. MBA or master's degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred. Local and US based education blend optimal.
