Get in on the ground floor of a pre-IPO, start-up e-Commerce Solutions organization that is rapidly changing the way companies conduct e-Business. We have recently spun-off of a $500m Global IT Solutions provider and are on our way to becoming a leader in B-to-B e-Commerce Solutions. This person will create and deliver transformational strategies and web-centric solutions that enable our clients to implement and manage an effective Business Web. You will be responsible for leading a team of technical and functional members within our Customer Care practice, which consist of front-office solutions (Call Centers, Help Desks, and Sales Force Automation). You will not be required to relocate, but must be willing to travel.
REQUIREMENTS: Experience in managing multiple Front Office software package implementations from initial project scope through go-live, into production, either on a Time and Materials or Fixed Time/Fixed Price basis. Must have Genesys, GeoTel, or CTI experienceand be familiar with implementation methodologies, project planning, and management of client expectations and deliverables. Strong skills in team building, reporting, and documentation required. Must be able to facilitate client workshops and execute proprietary methodology. Preferred technical understanding to include Visual Basic, C++, Crystal Reports, Oracle Database, Java, and XML. Prior consulting experience preferred, but not required.
