Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Directly responsible for all operational functions of the Kids Club
2. Ensure that procedures, policies and standards are maintained, introduce new systems where necessary
3. Plan and compile daily programs and special event programs
4. Create action plan and promotional material for special events
5. Research and initiate new crafts and activities
6. Assist with leadership of crafts and activities
7. Ensure that the environment and facility is safe and maintained, maintain quality control
8. Supervise, motivate, lead and communicate with staff
9. Ensure standards of performance of staff is at the highest level in relation to attitude, appearance and guest satisfaction
10. Evaluate skills, request and perform staff training
11. Identify and communicate any problems related to the Kids Club operations
12. Implement and control welcome procedure, birthday packages, newsletters and character breakfasts
13. Complete projects and special instructions delegated by the S&R Manager

Prerequisites for Position:
Skills / Qualifications:
1. Management/Operations experience
2. Computer literacy
3. Child care training
4. Swimming efficiency
5. First Aid, CPR and Pool Lifesaving certification
6. Fluent in written and spoken English
7. Additional languages an advantage
8. Experience in sport and outdoor activities
9. Art and craft abilities
10. Tertiary qualified
11. Hospitality industry experience
