Role:
- Design training courses, prepare training material, set up training environment & conduct trainer to both internal & external customers
- Design product demo, set up demo environment & conduct product demo
Pre-requisite:
- Diploma or Graduates with at least 4 years of IT experience, of which at least 1 year being a full-time trainer
- Working experience with UNIX, preferably SUN, HP
- Working experience with RDBMS, preferably ORACLE
- Have a good knowledge of multiple network management domains, device messaging and protocols
- Good knowledge of the OSS processes of a service provider
- Good knowledge of the OSS requirements of a service provider in terms of functions, scalability, robustness…
- Basic knowledge of IP-based networks
- Preference will be given to those with working experience on Operation Support System (like Network Management, Performance Management, Configuration Management, etc.)
