Role:
- Provide Pre-sales Support, like presentation, demo, answer to RFP, etc.
- Provide Consultancy on OSS solutions
- Scope User Requirements, develop Functional/Requirement Specifications, design solution architecture, conduct User Training, etc.
Pre-requisite:
- Diploma or Degree holder with at least 5 years of IT experience
- Frequent traveling is expected
- With Telecoms business consultancy experience
- With Analysis & Design experience
- MUST have a good knowledge of multiple network management domains, device messaging and protocols
- Good knowledge of software package implementation
- Good knowledge of the OSS processes of a service provider
- Good knowledge of the OSS requirements of a service provider in terms of functions, scalability, robustness…
- Basic knowledge of IP-based networks
- Preference will be given to those with working experience on Operation Support System (like Network Management, Performance Management, Configuration Management, etc.)
