Engineers / Technicians Wanted
A newly founded opto-electronic and electronic company in Taiwan and a newly founded R&D center in Australia have technical positions open in its MOCVD operation, Characterization and Chip-processing Division. Characterization Engineer/Technicians
Characterization Engineers will be involved in electrical, optical and crystalline analysis of III-V compound semiconductor epi-wafers. A strong background in physics of compound semiconductors is essential. Working experience in photoluminescence, x-ray diffraction, and Hall effect measurements etc. of III-V compound semiconductor structures is desired. Characterization engineers will also play an assistant role in supervision of in-house characterization activities.
Characterization Technicians will be involved in routine operation and maintenance of a wide range of characterization facilities. Working experience in university, research laboratory or company is desired. Desired requirement is Diploma degrees in physics, electrical or electronic engineering. New graduates are encouraged to apply and skill training will be provided.
Chip-Processing Engineer/Technicians
Chip-processing engineers will be involved in R&D activities of III-V compound semiconductor material based devices like LEDs and lasers. Working experience in device processing environment (university, research laboratory or company) is essential. Hands-on experience in photolithography, metallization, dry etching, and dicing is desired. Chip-processing engineers will also be involved in supervision of clean-room facilities and activities.
Chip-processing technicians will be involved in routine operation and maintenance of chip-processing facilities. Working experience in device processing environment is desired. New graduates are encouraged to apply and skill training will be provided.
MOCVD Engineers/Technicians
MOCVD engineers will be involved in supervision of MOCVD processes. Working experience in epitaxial growth of III-V compound semiconductors is desired. MOCVD engineers will also play a role in maintenance of MOCVD and related accessory-facilities.
MOCVD technicians will be involved in routine operation and assistance to maintenance of MOCVD reactors. Working experience in semiconductor manufacture environment is desired. New graduates are encouraged to apply and skill training will be provided.
