B.A. in Administration/Management or equivalent. 7 years experience in Human Resources/Personnel functions of which at least 4 years in a supervisory position related to a manpower planning activities in a large organization, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry. Strong PC knowledge and skills required. The successful candidate will also demonstrate proven communication and analytical skills.
