The person that posted this has no concept of what is really going on. His or her comments are either erroneous, malicious and or non factual or are takne out of context.

Accordingly this notice is a Complaint for Violation of Federal Act 47.US.C. 223

To the person whho posted this link or message on this web site message board has posted comments concerning Mayer Etkin. Based upon the information contained herein, upon knowledge and belief of Mayer Etkin, you are hereby notified publicly that you have violated Federal Law 47. U.S. C. Summarized as follows.

47 U.S.C. 223 as amended by the Communications Decency Act, Title V of Public Law No. 104-104, 110 Stat. 56 (1996)
SEC. 223 Obscene or harassing telephone calls in the District of Columbia or in interstate or foreign communications.
The messages that you have posted on this message board as well as elsewhere are “prohibited acts” under the Federal statutes and your continued posting of the same or similar message after being advised to “cease and desist” are a continuing violation of Section 223.a.1.11. and 111 as noted below.
Prohibited acts generally, whoever-- (1) in interstate of foreign communications (a) by means of a telecommunications device—(1) makes, creates, or solicits, and (11) initiates the transmission of, any comment, request, suggestion, proposal, image or other communication which is obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, or indecent, with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass another person;…
* (C) makes a telephone call or utilizes a telecommunications device, whether or not conversation or communication ensues, without disclosing his identity and with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any person at the called number or who receives the communications;
* (D) makes or causes the telephone of another repeatedly or continuously to ring, with intent to harass any person at the called number; or
* (E) makes repeated telephone calls or repeatedly initiates communication with a telecommunications device, during which conversation or communication ensues, solely to harass any person at the called number or who receives the communication; or
*(2) knowingly permits any telecommunications facility under his control to be used for any activity prohibited by paragraph (1) with the intent that it be used for such activity, shall be fined under title 18, United States Code, or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.

Upon Knowledge and belief of Mayer Etkin, the communication posted by the person who does not have the guts to use thier real name and verifiable email address and instead acts like a coward has made comments which qualify under the definition of 223.a.1 noted above and has under item c above has not disclosed their identity and has posted such comments with intent to annoy, abuse, and harass another person, namely Mayer Etkin and under item e above has repeatedly initiated communication with the telecommunications device repeatedly and under item 2 noted above in a court of law where such complaint will be filed shall be liable for a fine and or be subject to imprisonment for not more than two years.

I certify that by posting this complaint for violation of Federal Act 47. U.S.C. Section 223, on this message board, that such posting shall constitute legal publication of the complaint on this 25th day of May 2003.
