Mao Ze-Dong although he was stupid, understood that he won't fit that requirements and that he would lose power after one election period. But he was an infantile Man who didn't knew what to do if such things happen! So he decided to be a dictator!
Now you can see, that the only man who is conceited is your big old friend Mao!
