China is a democratic dictatorship country unless Russia used to be a revisionist country , so that's why Russia would break down.

Have you ever read the American Goodnow's essay who suggested China could not practice democracy? If you were an American , that would be very ironical for you Americans , haha!

Instead , Bismarck did the good job so well , so we Chinese should learn from it ! haha!

If you were taiwanese , I would suggest you "immigrate to USA and build the Taiwanese state of California(Make California be taiwanese) . I think Americans would be very "graceful" haha!
