And for china it will be more difficult since the cooruption is also some kind of "old tradition". And I think you really know the situation of the rich and the poor development in democratic countries. I was only two weeks in USA on a trip but,I have seen that the gap between the rich and the poor in certainly one of the biggest problem which they cant solve(yet?) And I think the centrel governement have really done a lot good things for china. You have only seen how brutal and mindcontroll they are, but imangine how many big problems they have to face and solve. They have lead china from a middel age country , totaly devastated from war to a relativly modern country(at least some parts of her, but china is BIG) and give china meaning in the world politic and ecomnomie. For governements of other countries, alone such a large population will ruin the country).In compare with India, china is certainly better.
