Chen Shui Bian is a bad leader

How can somebody like him become prsident???
I agree that he has many problems to solve but he can do almost nothing and he cannot even make a big dicision. (what do taiwanese people here think about him?)
The taiwan governement is also very chaotic.
If I can choose a governement for whole china, I will definetivly choose the central governement of mainland.
